Had a partly erupted wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Belous. I had put off doing this for awhile because of fears about the procedure and recovery at 40+. Six days out and everything has been much better than expected - basically no pain/discomfort and minimal swelling. I ended up electing for general anesthesia. They happy to present me options with and without sedation, but am happy with my choice.

Dr Kazemi is a brilliant surgeon. I broke an upper tooth far below the gum line. I required an extraction & implant.
Dr Kazemi removed the difficult root canal which was very long. He performed the removal so perfectly that there was NO swelling NOR pain afterwards: NOT that night nor the next day nor 3 days later.
Dr Kazemi was able to perform the implant on the same visit- very cool.
The office is recently built & its hotel quality.
The staff reflects Dr Kazemi professionalism. This extraction & implant wasn’t beginners luck as Dr Kazemi removed a hard to reach cyst in my upper gums several years ago & it was a very good outcome: he got it all & it never returned.

Not wanting to go to have massive dental work does not make me unique. The top to bottom excellent service these guys provide is what makes them unique. Incredible level of service from solid communication all throughout, to answering all my questions, to just making my feel comfortable. This wasn't wisdom teeth, I had full arch restoration. But they make it so simple and easy. Highest possible recommendation.

Having any type of dental work is never fun, Chester county oral surgery made this process probably one of the best experiences I’ve had. I was in some severe pain from my wisdom teeth & where I was originally referred to was booked 4-8 weeks out. I went out on a whim & found this group called & they got me in for a consult/surgery within 1 week. Dr. Walker was absolutely fantastic. The procedure went as smooth as one could hope for. Staff and oral surgeon was very professional and friendly when explaining the procedures that they were going to conduct and they were very helpful with post surgery aftercare information.

Since I have anxiety with any type of dental work I was very nervous when I arrived for my appointment. But once I started my procedure, (extractions and implants) the staff was so professional and friendly and Dr Belous was very caring , but more he did it quick and pain free. Clean, professional, on time. Communication during a tough procedure was very thorough and on point. Laurie was my person on initial visit as well as during procedure. She’s wonderful!

Overall I had a great experience at this practice. I got all four wisdom teeth extracted at 31 years old and my recovery has been very smooth. I felt very comfortable the whole time and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. 10/10

Can’t say enough about my recent experience with Chester County Oral Surgery and Dental Implants. Dr. Kasemi and his staff are amazing. I have had many dental procedures in various places and this by far was the best experience. Dr. Kasemi and his staff worked like a well oiled machine.

Dr. Walker and this group are truly amazing!! I had two extractions done yesterday and in 24 hrs no pain whatsoever. I will be back to normal activity within a day or so and I couldn't be more thankful for this group. Absolutely an amazing team of surgeons and assistants / nurses. Highly recommend to anyone needing dental surgery - and if you are nervous and worried like I was for two weeks prior, don't be!! - they give you all the options you need to relieve the stress and worry. The procedure was quick, and the post-op, so far, has been pain-free.

I was at the office for a cracked tooth which was very painful and was given an appointment the next day with. Dr Trenticosti and staff were very professional and the staff was great too. I appreciated that getting an appointment was very quick and accommodating.

Doctor and nursing staff were excellent and caring. Answered all of my questions. Procedure was quick, pain was tolerable.

I just had my second tooth extraction at Chester County Oral Surgery by Dr Kazemi and if it is possible to label an extraction as a wonderful experience, this was! I was treated kindly from the moment I walked in the door. Dr Kazemi is so very reassuring and compassionate and was willing to spend as much time as necessary to address any questions or concerns we had before the procedure. And his team, led by Olivia, was similarly caring and kind throughout, trying to make me as comfortable as possible. And before I knew it I was in the car riding home. I received a follow-up call the next day to check on me. I really cannot say enough good things about this practice … I feel fortunate to be a patient!

Five days post op, wisdom tooth surgery. I’ve had absolutely no pain. I’m healing and feeling great! Dr belous was amazing and so was everyone else in the room. He talked me through the entire thing and kept reassuring me even though I was loopy. Every comment I made was heard. I said I was starting to get a head ache and someone began to rub my temples lol. It was the little things that made the experience welcoming, comfortable and safe feeling. 10/10 recommend!!

For oral surgery this is the place to go! Very clean and organized. Staff is very kind and precise! I was very nervous going into this procedure but had a very pleasant experience and I want to thank everyone who assisted In removing my wisdom teeth 🙂

Three days ago, I had unexpected tooth extraction. This practice, Dr. Sierra and his team were all new to me, though I've had an extraction once before. What a difference the right fit makes!
